“We had booked the black lava tour and when we got there we added the green trail and the 2018 Mayon lava tour. They were all really nice to see and I recommend it. Everyone was really nice and helpful a special thanks goes to Sam and Irene at the front desk and Joren our tour guide. Joren took videos and pictures for us the whole time. The black lava tour was especially awesome to see you get a great view of the volcano and of lagazpi city and we took the option to zip line down. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

“É um SCAM!! A experiência de andar de ATV é curta e nada a haver com as fotografias só andamos em círculos , o zipline é pequeno e nada de especial. Depois disso fizemos o kawa bath que é so la estar a tirar umas fotos num mini parque abandonado e fazer canoagens numas canoas velhas e desconfortaveis, depois ficamos 2 horas a espera que uma caravana enche-se para podermos voltar para boracay, a tour dizia duas horas mas na verdade foi 1 hora mais 2h de espera ao calor parados e 30 minutos para voltar para boracay, nao vale o dinheiro, nao deem book de nada desta empresa!!”

La entrada a la cascada vale 100 pesos (1,5€) La actividad de snorkel 600 pesos (9€) No hemos comido porque al no hacer los quads eran las 11:00 y no teníamos hambre Es decir que se han gastado 3€ en la cascada y 18€ en el snorkel. 21€ en total. Hasta los 193€ ¿solo nos devuelven 22,56€? El proveedor sabía que no habían quads y aún así no anuló el tour. Nos lo comunicaron cuando ya estábamos llegando: nos dijeron que solo habían infantiles .Adjunto fotos. No hubiéramos hecho la excursión si no habían quads. Ni que hablar del madrugón y paliza hasta llegar allí…”

“Impossible de voir les tortues 🐢 les pauvres 100 personnes autour de 3 tortues moi j’aime la nature et on a pas voulu y aller pour pas déranger de toutes façons on voit plus de palmes que autres choses et tout les coréens qui crient , la cascade et le quad bof pour le prix ça ne les vaut pas”

“Disappointed, chaos in the morning at the boat ramp had to stand in the sun for an hour waiting the Puka beach stop was pointless and see nothing the lunch was decent but the area you go to have the lunch and kava baths LOL instagram vs reality moment at this point we were all laughing at how bad it was, Crystal Cove was beautiful that was worth a visit, i stopped short and didn’t do the ATV and zip slide as some of the group had already been and said it was a waste of time … had a laugh though”

“Raul was very timely, kind and informative on our trip. He was very flexible with the weather and did everything to make sure we got to do the activities we paid for. “Our guide Lelian was great!! However we were at the meeting point at 8:30am and didn’t board the boat until 9:30am. The snorkeling spot didn’t have any fish. We stopped at an island but couldn’t dock so had to swim ashore, the food was nice. Could have been improved but it was still an okay day. The ATV was awesome, wish it was longer.”

“We are disappointed with the tour, it was a complete scam!! We would love to get our money back. We started at 10:00 at the guide's request and the tour only lasted until 12:15, which is less than 5 hours. Then we had an ATV ride of less than 15 minutes. The description says something completely different, 45 minutes, and that's why we paid so much. There was talk of us getting a Kama bath, but we weren't offered fins that day. The transfer was good and our guide was nice. We brought up the ATV ride but nothing was clarified and the pictures are completely different from reality.!! You…”
